Bike2Biryani: The Ride That Started It All

It started with a dumb-simple idea: a few of us were tired of driving three minutes down the road for biryani, so we biked instead. Six of us, a mix of road bikes and one very determined hybrid with a kid seat still bolted to the back, rolled up to Paradise Biryani Pointe sweaty, starving, and grinning.

We didn’t set out to start a club. We just wanted lunch. But somewhere between the parking lot photo and the second helping of biryani, someone said “we should do this again” — and Bike2B was born.

The rule was simple from day one: if the destination starts with B, it counts. Biryani. Brewery. Brunch. Burrito. The bikes are just how we get there.
